Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note:

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Returns must be sent to the address provided after approval

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as coffee, food items, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order separately.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original condition and packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

This policy applies in addition to the standard return conditions outlined above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
