Shipping policy

At Elyna Coffee, we take care in preparing and delivering every order. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your coffee arrives.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and always aim to ship as quickly as possible without compromising quality.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Singapore
  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at contact@elynacoffee.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Singapore: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • International orders: 7–14 business days after dispatch (depending on destination and customs processing)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available), so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Elyna Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend the order.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work closely with our shipping partners, Elyna Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
