Our Sumatra Mandheling (Mandailing) Coffee comes from North Sumatra, specifically the Tapanuli region around Lake Toba, one of the world’s deepest lakes. The Wet-hulled (Giling Basah) – A unique Indonesian processing method where the parchment is removed while the beans still have high moisture content (around 30-40%), contributing to the coffee’s distinctive character.

This single origin is carefully roasted to preserve its elegant structure, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy aΒ smooth, syrupy body with complex herbal notes and a clean, sweet finish
