Our Sumatera Gayo Full Wash Process Coffee comes from the fertile highlands of Aceh, Sumatra. The coffee cherries are fully de-pulped, then fermented in water tanks to remove all mucilage before drying. This creates the cleanest expression of the bean itself.
This carefully roasted single origin offers a smooth, rounded mouthfeel with layered flavors, making it an excellent choice for drinkers who enjoy subtle, sugar-like sweetness.
