The Sumatera Kerinci Lactic Process is a modern special edition coffee produced using controlled lactic fermentation to enhance creaminess, sweetness, and complexity. Grown on the slopes of Mount Kerinci, Indonesia’s highest volcano, this coffee reflects innovation paired with exceptional terroir.
The lactic process introduces a smooth, yogurt-like mouthfeel and layered sweetness while preserving the vibrant character of Kerinci Arabica. This coffee is roasted in small batches and released in limited quantities.
